Jhansi: A video, from Uttar Pradesh's Jhansi has gone viral, where a rickshaw driver is seen flouting road safety norms, risking the lives of school children.
In the video that has now gone on viral on social media, a cop is seen stopping an autorickshaw for checking at an intersection in Uttar Pradesh's Jhansi.The cop was astonished when he saw 14 school students travelling in a auto.
The police officer was posted at the BKD intersection, where he stopped the three-wheeler when he saw many children in school uniforms in the auto. At least three children were sitting in the front with the driver and 11 at the back.
In the video, the cop is seen asking the children to get out of the vehicle, a man can be heard counting the number of students seated in the three-wheeler and filmed the incident.Reportedly, the police has issued a challan against the driver.
