In a disturbing incident reported from Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh, a speeding car collided into a horse cart and killed the animal. Visuals showed the horse being separated from its cart and tossed into the air. The accident left the horse flying 10 feet above the ground and being forcefully thrown to a distance around 20 feet away.

When the horse cart parked at the roadside entered the buzzing Delhi-Saharanpur highway in Baghpat, a speed car on the route rammed into it. The collision was so severe that the horse was tossed into the air dramatically, leading to its death when it hit the ground later.
The fatal accident which took away the life of the animal left five people with serious injuries, namely Naresh Rana, Renu, Akash, Pranjal, and Rashmi, who were rushed to a nearby healthcare for preliminary medical attention.
It was reported that the incident destroyed the car completely.
A CCTV camera installed on the highway recorded the moment when the car rammed into the horse cart turning things tragic.
Police investigation underway
The Baghpat police took note of the incident and identified the car involved be a UP-registered Baleno car. Circle officer Harish Singh informed in a video that an investigation in the matter is underway.
"On morning of December 9, the Kotwali Baghpat police station received information about the accident in Gauripur. On receiving the information, the police took immediate action and reached the spot. The injured were rushed to the district hospital", Singh said while mentioning that the horse lost its life at the accident.
