In a viral video, a man was seen purchasing six crates of eggs and fleeing away in his car without paying the roadside vendor. The incident reportedly unfolded in Punjab when the man appeared to trick the shopkeeper and escape without paying for his purchase.
The CCTV video from the incident recorded the man asking the vendor to show a QR code for online payment. Before the shopkeeper brought the QR scanner 'standee' to the car, the customer drove the vehicle and escaped.

It was learned that the man made a purchase worth Rs. 2,100 but left the premises without paying a single rupee.
Now, the video of this Punjab man fleeing away in his car after purchasing crates of eggs is widely being circulated across social media platforms. He is being called "Anda Chor" for taking away eggs without paying for them.
While the video went viral noting that the man escaped without paying for his purchase, one must note that the person returned to the store soon.
The man visited the shop the next morning to settle the payment. He was quoted in news reports that he believed his online transaction was already processed, which made him leave the spot. However, when the man learned that the online transaction had failed, he revisited to pay the shopkeeper.
