Man applies for 1000 jobs via AI bot
The user who shared this incident about using an AI bot to apply for jobs, revealed overwhelmingly that he received 50 calls from different companies. As the AI applied at 1000 job postings overnight when the man was asleep, he woke up to see 50 interview calls.
Taking to the social media platform, he wrote, "I created an AI bot that analyzes candidate information, examines job descriptions, generates unique CVs and cover letters for each job, answers specific questions that recruiters ask, and automatically applies to jobs".
He highlighted that AI is reshaping the job circle and making it important for candidates to use artificial intelligence tools to ace over others. "By generating CVs and cover letters tailored to each job description, my script significantly increases the chances of getting noticed by both AI and human recruiters", he said in his Reddit post.
