Chhattisgarh: A birthday celebration in the middle of the road went wrong for these youths from Chhattisgarh's Bilaspur district when uninvited police joined the party. What was supposed to be a grand birthday celebration turned out as a disastrous, unwanted surprise. Around 10-12 youths in Bilaspur started the bash in the middle of the road in front of Galaxy Apartment while cutting the cake on a bullet and bursting firecrackers, causing harm to commuters. The police barged in and turned down the party.
The incident took place on August 7, when the youths started celebrating and cake-cutting in the middle of the road while bursting firecrackers. The police reached the spot, confiscated the Bullet, and arrested 10 boys. They were made to do sit-ups while holding their ears, took out a procession, and were made to apologize.

Sakri police station TI Pradeep Arya said that a video of the youth celebrating the birthday on the road and blocking the road has also surfaced. "In front of Galaxy Apartment, at 9:30 pm, some youths were cutting a cake and bursting firecrackers after parking their Bullet on the road. During this time, people had to face a lot of problems for 20 minutes."
Legal Action:
The police have caught these miscreants. They were also made to take a pledge not to make such a mistake in the future. Police took action against the boys involved in the birthday celebration under sections 126(2), 285, 3(5) of the BNS. They were arrested and produced in court.
