The video attracted mixed reactions. Some believed it was a staged marketing stunt by the food delivery company, while others simply dropped laughter reactions on a lighthearted note. A few internet users condemned the incident and called it "Harassment".

"Please kindly explain what's so funny in this harrassment. Would you be laughing like this if a man harrassed his ex girlfriend like this or advice her to call police ? Also, if you're doing this as an ad campaign for some company please don't. It's sick", said journalist Deepika Narayan Bhardwaj.

"Which vendor take 100 pizza order for cash on delivery?", asked another questioning the authenticity of the claim.

"This is probably an advertisement; otherwise, how would anyone know who ordered it and for whom? They clearly display the brand name and are experts in advertising", wrote an X user reacting to the viral video.
