Gurugram: BluSmart, the electric ride-hailing platform, has launched a dedicated 'Pet Rides' service, offering convenient transportation for passengers traveling with their pets. The service, now available in Delhi and Gurugram, allows customers to pre-book pet-friendly rides for both classic and rental trips.
Easy Booking Through the App
To make the booking process seamless for pet owners, BluSmart has added a dedicated Pet Rides option within its app interface. Users can either select this option at the time of booking their ride or access it through a prominently placed banner on the app's home screen. This new feature is designed to simplify travel for pet parents, making it easier to take their furry companions to vet appointments, grooming sessions, or even for a fun day out in the city.
A Special Fleet for Pet-Friendly Travel
As part of the Pet Rides service, BluSmart has introduced a fleet of specially equipped electric vehicles designed to offer a stress-free and safe travel experience for both passengers and their pets. These vehicles are prepared to accommodate dogs and cats comfortably, ensuring the ride is clean, secure, and pleasant for all. With this dedicated fleet, BluSmart aims to address the long-standing challenge faced by pet owners who struggle to find reliable and pet-welcoming transport options.
The company also claimed that the Pet Rides vehicles are cleaned after each trip and come with foldable dog-seat hammocks for comfort and ventilation. The drivers are also pet-friendly and trained to cater to pets’ needs.
