Ujjain : The Ujjain Municipal Corporation is facing protests from its own staff over indecent behaviour of the corporators. The protestors observed ‘pen down’ strike on Wednesday alleging Congress corporators Suderlal Malviya and Bhagwan Khandegar of using foul language over records entry in a particular file with clerks Vijay Singariya and Mahendra Tiwari. Municipal staff said that the language of the both the corporators were unwarranted. Following such misbehaviour from corporators, staff observed ‘pen down’ protest for around 4 hours affecting the scheduled working of the Corporation and also protested at main gate of UMC offices.
