Ujjain: Parks turn into den of anti-social elements

Ujjain: In last three decades residential areas have come up between Indore and Dewas Roads, courtesy Ujjain Development Authority. But after developing these localities the UDC has shun its responsibility. As per government norms the care and maintenance of such colonies is UMC’s responsibility.
