Ujjain: An FIR has been lodged against miscreants for touching a minor gril inappropriately. A 13 year old girl was touched inappropriately by two miscreants while she was going alone to the market located in Juna Somwariya area.
According to Jiwajiganj police two miscreants Sohail and Kala held the hand of the girl and tried to touch her against her will. The girl escaped from the spot and narrated the incident to her parents.
Later the parents and victim girl lodged a complaint at the police station. An FIR against both the miscreants under Section 354 of the IPC and necessary Section of POCSO Act has been registered. The statement of the girl has been recorded while both the accused are on the run.
