Ujjain: Bhairavgarh police have arrested two youths in connection with murder of a student of a private engineering college.Tejeshwar Dewda of Mahavir Nagar was brutally stabbed to death on Sunday night by Shubham Puri, Banti Puri, Ashu, Sandip and Shubham of Siddhvat area.
Bhairavgarh police said 22- year- old Sandip son of Shivlal Solanki and 24- year- old Ashu son of Kishore are being held on charges related to the murder of Tejeshwar. Suspects were taken into custody on Tuesday following a surveillance operation by Bhairavgarh police in the area.
According to sources, the accused were arrested in the area on late Monday. Police had been following the suspects, who they believed were involved in a murder, while rest of the suspects are still absconding.
