President of Jamait Ulema, ( MP) Haji Mohd Haroon said that in Neemuch the section 302 of IPC was withdrawn by the police under influence. Later police raided the houses of minority community people and booked several of them under different section. In Sigoli a case of murder of a man belonging to minority community was converted to section 304 of IPC and the accused were released.
In Jaora the licenses of 610 Hammals belonging to minority community were cancelled and they are struggling for livelihood.
In Ratlam, a large number of innocent people of minority community were implicated by police led by the then SP. The SP is being elevated to the post of DIG.
