Social worker Rangwala booked under Sec 406

Ujjain :  Social worker Bakir Ali Rangwala was booked under Section 406, 341, 323 and 506 ( B) of IPC for breach of trust by the court here on Friday.

According to information received from complainant ashwant Kumawat, accused Bakir Ali had signed a contract with him for house construction on February 19, 2013. Complainant ashwant Kumar had built the entire house as per the contract, but accused had not paid him amount of labour. Even, accused had occupied building construction material of complainant and threatened him. On demanding his money from Bakir Ali, he thrashed complainant and gave him life threat. Complainant then knocked the door of court and filed a suit in the court of First Class Judicial Magistrate Rashmi Sharma. The court took the matter into cognizance and ordered to file FIR against Bakir Ali. The next hearing of the case will be on October 13, 2014.
