Social worker GB Dass passes away

Ujjain : Senior tax consultant and social worker GB Dass passed away on Monday. He was under treatment at Mumbai based hospital. He was also president of Khandelwal Vaish community for years and helped the community in a positive direction. He had also worked as member of executive council of Vikram University. His both sons Ashish Dass and Akhil Dass both are, too, tax consultants. A funeral procession was taken out from Dussehra Maidan located residence of Dass on Monday. Many dignitaries and senior community members participated in the procession. His last rites were performed at the Chakrateerth Ghat near the banks of river Kshipra.
