A slight drizzle has delayed the start of the Indian Premier League match between Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore at the Chinnaswamy stadium, here today.

After an inspection of the ground conditions at 1945 hours, the umpires have decided to have the next inspection at 2015 hours.
With rain stopping, it is expected that the toss could be taken at 2030 hours and in all probability a 20-20 match would start at 2100 hours.
The players are out in the middle practising.
