Police rush to arrest murder accused, return empty handed

Ujjain : Team of city police went to arrest Aashish Dubey, accused of Lala Tripathi murder case to Indore and came empty handed after the doctors refused to hand over Dubey due to his critical condition on Friday.

Mahakal TI, Manoj Dubey informed that doctors of Bombay Hospital did not allow cops to arrest Aashish as he was not in the healthy state. Even police failed to record his statements as half part of his body has got paralysed and he is unable to speak properly. Till now police have arrested seven accused including Rohit Pandya of Aashish’s gang and Babloo Nigam of Lala’s gang in the case of deadly gang war that had rocked the old part of the city on the night of November 1.

Mahakal Police had arrested Rohit Pandya on November 6 and Babloo Nigam on November 8 from the Unique Hospital of Indore. And have arrested driver of Lala Tripathi, Shekhar Mali and other four associates of both the gangs soon after the gang war.
