BHOPAL: Department of Higher Education ( DHE) has introduced a new marking system for under- graduate courses in semester pattern.
On Tuesday, DHE uploaded marking system for BA, B. Com, B. Sc, B Sc ( home science), BA ( management) and BC
A with qualifying marks in each paper. The new pattern of marking will be effective from Ist to VIth semesters.
Eighty- five marks have been set aside for theory; 15 for continuing and comprehensive evaluation ( CCE) and 50 mark for practical in the courses in which practical is required.
Thus, there will be 600 total marks in B Sc and B Sc ( home science) in each semester, 550 in BA ( management), 450 in BA and B Com.
