Musli Power Extra has unveiled the Musli- Power Motorsports Rally team for the Indian National Rally Championship ( INRC) 2012. Keralas national champion rally driver Dr. Bikku Babu will drive the Mitsubishi Cedia car. Mr. George Varghese will be
the team partner. It is for the first time that Musli Power Motor Sports is being a part of National car Rally.
Kunnath Pharmaceuticals, the manufacturers of the health, vitality and performance product Musli Power Extra had ventured into motorsports in the year 2011, presenting champion drivers Gaurav Gill and Arjun Balu at MRF Formula championship. ” The presence of Dr. Bikku Babu, who is widely regarded by experts as one of the cleanest and fastest rally drivers in the country, really boosts up our hope for triumph,” said Dr. K. C. Abraham, Managing Director, Kunnath Pharmaceuticals.
Dr. Bikku, affectionately known as ” Dr. Speeed,” has twelve podium finishes in a total of twenty car rallies he had participated in the national level. He had an impressive start in his rally career, and with a runner- up in the National Rally Championships novice class in late 2001. He was second runner- up in National rally 2009, he also completed a hat- trick in 2010, winning three of the four rallies in 1400 cc category.
