PHED, PWD Engineers shifted
The state government has issued transfer orders of PHED engineers. Superintending Engineer ( civil) NK Kashyap has been promoted as chief engineer( civil) PHE, Gwalior. The promotion of Superintending engineer GD Sharda who was given promotion as chief engineer ( civil) on basis of no – work no- pay basis, has been approved. Similarly, Narsinghpur sub- engineer Motilal Jaswani, who was on deputation has been shifted to PWD as SDO, Gotegon in the same district. Sub- engineer PIU, Chhindwara Jamil Akhtar Khan has been shifted to SDO, PIU, Chhindwara, and sub- engineer Maihar ( Satna) Narendra Kumar, who was holding the charge of SDO, has been made SDO PWD, Maihar.

The Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya under its series of alt39 Do and Learnalt39 Museum Education Programme, is organising a ten- day training programme on alt39 Rajawar artalt39, the lattice work of Surguja, Chhattisgarh and alt39 Chalk Mandanaalt39 of central India from April 25, 2012.
alt39 Rajawar artalt39 is a rural tribal art which give an insight into human nature and lifestyle. This art is vibrant in colour and unique in style. The artists use everything they are familiar with – clay, bamboo and string – to make paintings, sculptures and toys depicting animals, people and flora. The paintings and sculptures reflect the immortal charm of tribal life. They use them to decorate their walls during weddings and festivals. Whereas the alt39 Chalk Mandanaalt39 of central India is decorative art. It is decorated on floors and mud walls on various festive occasions that give traditional Mandana designs characteristics of the region PoK shown as Independent; Jha objects BJP state president Prabhat Jha has said, ” It is highly objectionable to show PoK as independent Kashmir in CBSEs standard – III in Army school. It is surprising that how the HRD Ministry is unaware of this fact when Parliament has declared that PoK is part and parcel of India”. ” It is serious matter as book is of some private publisher. Amritsar- Bidar train to pass through city BHOPAL: The Railways have introduced a special train from Amritsar to Bidar ( Karnataka) on completion of 500 years of ” Jhira Pragat Samagam”. The train will have 2 AC- III, 11 sleeper and 3 general coaches along with 2 LLRs. The train ( 04610) will leave Amritsar on April 23, 27 and April 30 at 2: 50 am and next day it will arrive at Bhopal at 11.10am and at 11.15am, it will leave for Bidar and will reach Bidar at 8: 30am the next day. Train( 4609) will leave Bidar on April 26, 30 and May 3 at 5: 00am and next day it will arrive at Bhopal at 1: 10am and it will leave for Amritsar at 1: 15 and on the third day it will reach Amritsar at 0: 15am. It will have stoppages at Ludhiana, Ambala, Panipat, New Delhi, Agra, Jhansi, Bhopal, Itarsi, Nagpur, Ballarhshah, Kazipeth and Secunderabad.
Vehicles taking minerals to be registered
The State Government is making effective efforts for checking illegal mining, transportation and storage. A new provision has been added in the series. Now, it has been made mandatory to register vehicles used for transporting minerals at the mining department website.
