3 detained in connection with murder The Koh- e- Fiza police detained three youths on suspicion in connection with the suspected murder of a security guard.

d from the Upper Lake near Qarbala on Saturday evening. His motorcycle was also found nearby. The guard was later identified as a resident of Raisen district Rahul Rai 40, son of Hari Narayan Rai. Rahul was currently living with his family near Peergate area. His wife Rekha told the police that Rahul left home for duty at around 1 pm on Friday night but did not returned home on Saturday morning. Previously Rahul used to work at a garment shop and also used to black gas cylinders, sources said. His wife had befriended with some suspicious persons and they regularly used to visit his house, the sources added. A murder case was registered against unidentified persons after the post mortem report disclosed that Rai was murdered with a sharp edged weapon.
Fraud case registered for occupying house The Piplani police on Sunday registered a case of fraud against a person for allegedly occupying a house and giving it on rent.
The police said a resident of Damoh, Lakhanlal owned a house at Sagar Enclave and had given the house to Santosh on rent in 2010. However, Santosh refused to vacate the house when Lakhanlal asked him to do so a few days back. Some of the cheques which Santosh gave to Lakahnlal for the payment of rent also get bounced, alleged Lakhanlal. Recently, Lakhanlal came to know that Santosh had given the house on rent to another person, Prayag. The police registered the case on lakhanlals complaint and are now looking out for the accused.
Minor abducted, raped The Shahjehanabad police on Sunday registered an abduction and rape case against two youths for allegedly abducting and raping a minor. The girl was rescued on Saturday. The Shehjehanbad police said the 17- year- old daughter of Bhawani Prasad, resident of Sanjay Nagar, was allegedly abducted by Kinna and Neeraj a few days back.
The duo took the girl to Sehore where they raped her, the police said. The police rescued the girl on the information of the family members on Saturday. The police are now looking out for on- the- run accused.
