OUR STAFF REPORTER BHOPAL The transfer list of the Indian Administrative Service ( IAS) officers of in the State is ready. It will be released once Chief Minister Shivraj Si
ngh Chauhan returns to the State capital.
In the transfer list of IAS officers, most are collectors, whose postings would be changed. Certain collectors, who are not enjoying good rapport with the ministers, are likely to be shifted.
The Chief Minister and Chief Secretary Avani Vaish already had a round of discussion on the list and it would be released after the consent from the CM. Satna Collector Sukhbir Singh may be shifted in the wake of alleged irregularities in MNREGS in Sidhi district.
Happy with the success of alt39 Narmada Mahakumbhalt39 at Mandla, the State Government may give Collector K K Khare command of an important district.
The buzz is that Gwalior Collector Akash Tripathi, whose working is being appreciated, may get the charge of Bhopal or Indore district. Guna Collector Mukesh Gupta may also be transferred as he has completed three years of his posting in Guna. Chindwara Collector Pawan Sharma is trying to get a posting in big district and he is learnt to have met BJP State president Prabhat Jha in this regard.
Transfer of Morena Collector M K Agarwal is almost sure. He has completed his three years of posting.
Those, who may be transferred, include Khargone Collector Kedarlal Sharma, Seoni Collector Manohar Dubey, Tikamgarh Collector Akhilesh Shrivastava, Dhar Collector B M Sharma and Hoshangabad Collector Nishant Barvade. Chauhan is said to be happy with the working of Harda Collector John Kingsley for latteralt39s role in wheat procurement and he may get the charge of important district.
Apart from collectors, officers of principal secretary and secretary rank, may also figure in the transfer list. Posting to Jabalpur commissioneralt39s post is still to be done.
The 1982 batch officer, Dilip Samantre and the 1987 batch officer, Rakesh Chaturvedi, who have come from deputation at the Centre, will also get fresh postings.
Alok Shrivastava, because of retirement of former principal secretary Sevaram, got additional charge of the department of aviation and technology.
Postings will be made for several posts under additional charge.
