Check eve- teasing, HMtells top cops

BHOPAL : Home minister Umashankar Gupta in a meeting of officials held at Mantralaya on Saturday directed them to take strict measures to check the incidents of eve- teasing taking place near schools and colleges and the incidents of loot taking

place in the city.

He directed to take stern action against the criminals involved in such acts.

Home minister instructed to intensify police patrolling and also question people moving late in the night. Vehicle checking should be done. Gupta also emphasized on physical fitness of police force.

Director general of police, Nandan Dubey said adequate police have been provided in Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur and Gwalior which will help check undesirable activities.

ADGP Vijay Yadav, DIG Bhopal Yogesh Chaudhary and other officers were present in the meeting.
