Jaora : The Bhumi Pujan ceremony of Gopal-Iftekhar Gaushala’s main entrance gate was organised on Sunday. Former MP Dr Lakshmi Narayan Pandey was the chief guest of the ceremony. Former Home Minister Kunwar Bharat Singh was the special guest of the ceremony.

Chief Guest Pandey did the gau-pujan and then conducted the Bhumi-Pujan for the construction of the entrance gate. He acclaimed the Gaushala Committee members for the good works done by them.

MLA Dr Rajendra Pandey addressed the ceremony and said Gopal-Iftekhar Gaushala has been the example of communal harmony from the past 800 years. He also said that the Gaushala Committee has done exemplary work in the field of gau-services.

The welcome speech was given by Committee’s Chairman Kailash Vijayvargiya. He also gave details of the upcoming schemes at the Gaushala located at Barkhedi.

Special Guest Singh, BJP Municipal Board Chairman Ashok Jain Aantiya and Dr CL Verma also addressed the ceremony.

Mohan Patel, Gulam Makdum Baba and others were also present in the ceremony. The ceremony was conducted by IP Trivedi and vote of thanks was given by Committee Secretary Sanjay Dasot.
