Collector chairs TL review meeting
Ujjain: Collector B M Sharma while chairing a TL review meeting at Brahaspathi Bhavan directed all SDOs to organise Anna Utsav on 7th of every month. Officials were also directed to accomplish works related to election with sincerity.
Sharma issued directives to officials for adding the names of government servants and their kin in electoral roll. Annapurna scheme is being launched from June 1 in which people living below poverty line will get wheat at Re 1 per kg and rice at Rs 2 per kg.
Collector also directed that a nodal officer should be appointed at fair price shops on every 7 of month to vigil the distribution of grains. Chief Medical and Health Officer, Dr MK Dikshit was directed to ensure that patients are getting benefits of different government schemes ahead of visit of Principal Secretary in month of June.
Collector also directed DO of Tribal Welfare Department Ranjana Singh not to take too much leaves as the department is an important one. Janpad Panchayat, Tarana Chief Executive Officer RPS Panwar was issued show cause notice for practicing irregularities in his works.
Additional Collector Indira Sharma was directed to verify the files conveyed to her from collector’s office. Collector emphasised that women who have completed the age of 18 should add their names in voters list. Physical verification of voters aged above 80 years should be done.
