FP NEWS SERVICE Ujjain Agar Road widening work appeared to be speeded up after the directives issued by Mayor Rameshwar Akhand. 120 out of 145 of 11 KV/ 33KV electric poles have been shifted at Agar road between Dewasgate bus stand and Mak
odiam.
As per the directives issued by Mayor, the contractors are required to present pert charts so that it could be helpful for review of development works. Mayor also directed for cable shifting on power poles.
Mayor further said that Sulabh Complex located at Chamunda Mata square will not be removed. Drainage construction between Gadha pulia and Indoregate and PHED pipeline shifting work will be started according to the work plan. During the review meeting, Mayor further directed that development work of Mandi triangle, Mathur Vaishy Dharamshala and cross drain at Makodiam old railway station will be speeded up. Several other development works were reviewed during the meeting.
