Ujjain: District Administration issued orders for scheduling the classes of primary schools at 10 am from Monday looking to the biting cold prevailed in the region. Most of the parents reached at the stop at 8.30 am in the morning and they did not find school buses and had to wait for the buses.
Few days back administered changed the school time for primary classes at 9 am due to the downfall in the temperature.Once again administration changed the timings for primary schools to 10 am considering the scorching cold and steep fall in the temperature.
Orders for scheduling primary classes at 10 am was not circulated in the schools on Saturday and due to which school going children of classes I to V reached at their bus stops at fixed time. Parents and school children had to wait at the stops.
Climate in the region once again changed its side on Monday evening when dense clouds enveloped the city sky causing hike in the temperature. The minimum temperature recorded on Sunday night was 10.8 degree Celsius.
Though, chilly wind was blowing at the speed of 6 km per hour. Meteorological department informed that city might receive showers in coming days.
