Samsung has inaugurated its second India-based Business Experience Studio (BES) in Mumbai, a future-focused, 6,500 sq ft showroom tucked inside Goregaon East’s Oberoi Commerz-II. The facility is purpose-built to demonstrate Samsung’s AI-fueled ecosystem of devices working in concert across real-world business scenarios. The company provides AI solutions for schools, hospitals, and offices as well.

At the heart of the studio lie intelligent solutions that leverage AI and seamless interoperability. From interactive displays and tablets to immersive signage, the Mumbai BES highlights how Samsung’s latest devices coalesce into a unified, intelligent network designed to streamline operations across industries.

The studio is laid out as four distinct zones, each illustrating a different AI-powered ecosystem. The first zone displays smart classroom solutions featuring interactive displays, synchronization across digital notice‑boards and tablets; digital advertising, soft‑POS devices and AI-enabled air quality‑management and diagnostic tools for retail, finance, and healthcare.

The second zone showcases Samsung’s AI-powered connected meeting rooms and hotel rooms using SmartThings Pro; customizable display installations like “The Wall” for corporate, automotive, and governmental environments. The third zone displays commercial kitchen and laundry with smart appliances, side-by-side fridges, microwaves, AC systems—all integrated for co-living or workspace management. The last zone showcases smart living experiences, like a simulated home environment with connected bedrooms, kitchen, living rooms, and entertainment zones, powered by Samsung’s latest AI-based appliances and displays.

Maharashtra’s IT and cultural affairs minister Ashish Shelar attended the inauguration and hailed the studio as a significant milestone that strengthens Mumbai’s position in the Digital India initiative and accelerates adoption of AI and VR across sectors.
