Poco M7 Plus 5G smartphone has launched in India aiming to redefine value in the sub-Rs. 15,000 segment. The smartphone arrives with a massive 7,000mAh silicon-carbon battery, the largest in its class, promising exceptional backup without adding too much bulk. It features a 6.9-inch Full-HD+ LCD display with a silky-smooth 144Hz refresh rate, is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 processor paired with up to 8GB of RAM, expandable virtually to 16GB, and runs Android 15-based HyperOS 2.0.

The Poco M7 Plus 5G will be available in two configurations, 6GB RAM with 128GB storage priced at Rs. 13,999, and 8GB RAM with 128GB storage priced at Rs. 14,999. Sales begin on August 19 at 12noon IST via Flipkart.
As part of launch offers, buyers can avail an instant Rs. 1,000 discount on HDFC, SBI and ICICI Bank cards or opt for a Rs. 1,000 exchange bonus. No-cost EMI options for up to three months are also on the table. Customers can choose from three colours , Aqua Blue, Carbon Black and Chrome Silver.

In terms of imaging, the PocoM7 Plus 5G packs a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel main sensor accompanied by a secondary lens, and an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls.
Poco M7 Plus 5G runs Android 15-based HyperOS 2.0. The company has promised two years of Android version upgrades and four years of security updates.
The phone supports 33W fast charging and 18W reverse wired charging via USB-C, along with an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance. It also includes a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, single speaker, 5G connectivity, Bluetooth 5.1, and an infrared port.
