Dharmendra Rajbhar has the country both in awe and in splits after registering his name in the Guinness World Records. A contest on the reality Tv show India's Got Talent, Rajbhar set the record for the most amount of walnuts cracked in 30 seconds, doing a staggering 110 of them live on TV.

And there comes the funny bit. In an un-conventional technique, Dharmendra, who hails from Bahraich in Uttar Pradesh, did so by sitting on them. Placed in a line, he squatted across on each of them, shattering them with ease. The method was effective and drew cheers from the judges and fellow contestants who witnessed the feat live.

"Dharmendra achieved this nut crushing record on the set of India's Got Talent, breaking the previous record held by Japan's Cherry Yoshitake aka Mr Cherry," the Instagram account of Guinness World Records confirmed with on Wednesday.

On the internet however, it sparked a hilarious meme-fest. The viral video has moved past the awe of the world record and entered a territory of pure, unadulterated 'Desi' humor, centering on the sheer anatomical risk involved in his seated-cracking technique. The video’s explosion on social media wasn't just due to the physical feat, but the hilarious wave of relatability it triggered among netizens.

Fans flooded the comment section with references to the viral Hindi phrase, "Mooh Se Mungphali Nahi Toot Rahi, G***d Se Akhrot Todega Kya" famously quoted by comedian Kunal Kamra in one of his viral videos.

Rajbhar is known for his exploits of physical strength. Before his viral walnut-cracking video, he had famously cracked open a record 401 coconuts in four minutes last year. His Instagram features him cracking open coconuts wearing a blindfold with just his bare hands. Dharmendra has a cult-ish following in UP and has a 555k followers on Instagram.
