Excited fans left the legendary stadium La Bombonera—home to the Argentine football team, Boca Juniors—splitting in half during a match recently.

A video, shared on social media, is probably from the Argentine team’s loss on penalties to Corinthians in the Libertadores on Wednesday.

The horrifying video shows the upper level of the stand split as the supporters sung and jumped up and down.

The 82-year-old Buenos Aires-based ground appears to be badly in need of renovation.

Boca Juniors is one of the biggest clubs in Argentina and has witnessed the likes of Pele and Diego Maradonna play at their stadium as the La Bombonera is cemented in the history of the sport.
