Team India fast bowler Mohammed Siraj was right in the thick of things on day two of the third Test against Australia at the Gabba in Brisbane. With the tourists trying hard to break the partnership between Marnus Labuschagne and Steve Smith, Siraj used the bail-switch trick. However, Labuschagne decided to have none of it and decided to put it back to how it was.

With former England seamer Stuart Broad using that trick, several bowlers around the globe have started doing it, assuming it as a lucky charm to get a wicket. The moment occurred in the 33rd over of the innings as Siraj seemed to have a conversation with Labuschagne but proceeded to switch the bails. In turn, the right-handed batter switched it back as the crowd cheered on.

Below is the video of the same:

While the bail-switch trick didn't work in Siraj's over, it did so in the next over sent down by Nitish Kumar Reddy as the right-handed batter went for the drive against a full and wide delivery. However, all the 30-year-old could manage was an edge as Virat Kohli took a sharp catch at slip.

Labuschagne, who showed some semblance of returning to form in Adelaide, was the third wicket to fall in the first session of day two. Earlier, Jasprit Bumrah sent back Usman Khawaja and Nathan McSweeney as India hit back after a wicketless 13.2 overs on a rain-hit day one.
