The Bayside Sports School Dad’s Football Championship lit up the ST. Stanislaus Sports Complex, Bandra on 29th July, 2025, delivering a thrilling day of football action. With 12 teams, over 120 players, and matches running simultaneously on two turfs, the atmosphere was electric as fathers from different schools showcased skill, teamwork, and passion for the beautiful game.
The day’s excitement began with the Silver Semi Final 1, where JBCN Legends FC dominated AVM United with an emphatic 5-1 victory. Despite both teams having just 1 shot on target each, JBCN proved far more clinical in their finishing. They created 5 scoring chances compared to AVM’s 3, executed 1 tackle, and matched AVM in corners (2-2) and offsides (0-0). The win was a statement of intent, sending JBCN Legends FC into the final with high confidence.
In the Silver Semi Final 2, Tridads and Edubride Enforcers delivered a nail-biting contest. Tridads emerged victorious with a narrow 3-2 win in a match that swung back and forth. Tridads had the edge with 3 shots on target to Edubride’s 2, but also conceded more fouls (2 vs 0).
