Mumbai : Fancied Jignesh Rahatwal rallied to a 3-1 win in a junior boys third round, in the 4-Star PRO TT Combined Mumbai District Ranking Table Tennis Tournament, at the University Pavilion on Wednesday.

Rahatwal dropped a tight opening game that stretched into extra points against Mukund Jani before initiating a late burst to win 10-12, 11-9, 11-5, 11-6 in the most exciting match of the day. In another close tie, Atharva Kurade prevailed over Jash Jabola 11-8, 11-8, 13-11.

The other significant winners were top seed Shubham Ambre, Omkar Patil and Dev Shroff.
