Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise Quetta Gladiators' ambassador Maya Ali's livid reaction went viral as their captain Saud Shakeel dropped a dolly in the match against the Karachi Kings on April 18, Friday at the National Stadium. With Shakeel dropping the simplest of chances, Ali expressed her frustration as a video of the same surfaced on social media.
The incident occurred in the 19th over of the innings as Mohammad Nabi sliced a ball off Sean Abbott's bowling to mid-off. Shakeel had settled himself nicely under the ball but could not hold on as it popped out of his hands. Nabi caused damage in the 20th and final over, starting with two consecutive sixes off Mohammad Amir before being dismissed.

After an uninspiring bowling and fielding performance that left the Gladiators chasing down 176, they looked nowhere near chasing down the target, losing wickets at regular intervals. Shakeel, who laboured himself to 33 off 40 balls, was one of their three batters along with Kusal Mendis and Amir to reach double figures.
Hasan Ali starred with figures of 4-0-27-3, restricting the Gladiators to 119/9 to fashion a 56-run victory. Mohammad Nabi and Abbas Afridi also chipped in with a couple of scalps. James Vince was crowned Player of the Match for his 47-ball 70.
