Team India skipper Rohit Sharma delivered a hilarious reply as a reporter questioned on him what he told Yashasvi Jaiswal and Rishabh Pant during a practice session at the Adelaide Oval. The 37-year-old told the reporter, "Yeh mere aur unke beech ki personal baat hai yaar, woh main nahin share kar sakta" as a video of the same surfaced on social media.

The explosive opening batter will return to the playing eleven after missing the opening Test against Australia in Perth due to paternity leave. The veteran has declared that he will bat in the middle-order, allowing KL Rahul and Yashasvi Jaiswal to open the innings after the pair stitched a 201-run stand in the second innings in Perth.

Meanwhile, below is the video of Rohit Sharma's hilarious moment at the presser as he said, "It's something between us and it's personal, I can't share it here."

"Felt there was no need to change that now" - Rohit Sharma

During the presser, Rohit heaped praise on KL Rahul and Yashasvi Jaiswal for approaching their task well and said the management chose not to change it. The veteran stated, as quoted by cricket.com.au:

"Those two guys at the top – just looking at this one Test match (in Perth) – they batted brilliantly. I was at home with my newborn in my arms and I was watching how KL batted and it was brilliant, to be honest. I felt there was no need to change that now. Maybe in the future things will be different, I don't know. Based on what has happened and what KL has shown outside of India, he probably deserves that place at this point in time."

Australia are yet to lose a pink-ball Test in Adelaide.
