Pakistan all-rounder Shadab Khan playfully teased some young fans during the second T20I against New Zealand on March 18, Tuesday at the University Oval in Dunedin. With Shadab picking the ball up from beyond the boundary rope, he extended his hand to give the ball to them then pulled away as the video of the same went viral.

The incident occurred during the second over of the innings bowled by Mohammad Ali as Finn Allen sent the ball for a maximum over the boundary. With the spin-bowling all-rounder running beyond the boundary rope to pick up the ball, he playfully teased three young fans.

The playful gesture from Shadab left the three fans surprised, leaving their jaws dropped.

Meanwhile, the Men in Green fared slightly better with the bat in the second T20I, unlike in the series-opener when the hosts bowled them out for 91 in 18.3 overs. Due to rain, the contest was reduced to 15 overs as they finished with 135/9, headlined by Salman Ali Agha top-scoring with 46. Shaheen Shah Afridi (22*) and Shadab (26) also chipped in with crucial contributions.
However, the 66-run opening stand between openers Tim Seifert and Finn Allen gave the Kiwis a massive head start in the run-chase. Although the home side wobbled in search of some quick runs, they eventually won by five wickets.
The third and final T20I will be a do-or-die game for Pakistan and will take place in Auckland on March 21.
