The Coldplay Kiss Cam is in news once again and this time it captured Lionel Messi and his wife, Antonela Roccuzzo enjoying themselves at a Coldplay concert held at Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium. Messi attended the the Coldplay concert with his wife and kids after Inter Miami’s goalless draw against FC Cincinnati, for which the 38-year-old had been suspended after missing the MLS All-Star event. He smiled warmly and waved at the crowd, drawing cheers. Hard Rock Stadium’s official X account posted the video with caption, “Oh hey there, Messi!”

Chris Martin welcomes Lionel Messi
Coldplay’s lead singer, Chris Martin, also welcomed the World Cup winner to the concert. “Welcome to my beautiful brother," said Martin from the stage, looking at Messi, who was smiling as he waved, acknowledging the loud reception.

This feel-good moment comes in stark contrast to another headline-making video from a Coldplay show this one involving former Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and the company’s HR chief, Kristin Cabot.
The clip from a separate Coldplay concert went viral showed Andy Byron with his arm around Kristin Cabot, and the moment ended in a kiss, despite both being married to other people.
Why was Messi suspended for league match?
As per league rules, any player who does not participate in the All-Star Game without prior approval from the league is ineligible to compete in their club’s next match.
