In a major update on Jasprit Bumrah's fitness, team India's star pacer is reportedly at the National Cricket Academy to have scans on his injury suffered during the Australia tour. According to The Times of India report, the Indian pacer is set to be assessed by the Board of Control for Cricket in India’s (BCCI) National Cricket Academy (NCA) where he would undergo scans this week.
Following the injury, Bumrah has been out of action with Team India sweating over his availability for the upcoming Champions Trophy tournament. As per the report, Bumrah will be present at the NCA for at least two or three days following which the specialists will share their observations with the men’s senior selection committee led by Ajit Agarkar.
