SunRisers Hyderabad keeper-batter Ishan Kishan walking off came into question despite not being given out by the umpires in the IPL 2025 game against the Mumbai Indians on Wednesday at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium. Netizens trolled the keeper-batter, hilariously suspecting if he is still playing for the Mumbai Indians, having started his IPL career with the five-time champions.

The dismissal occurred in the second over of the innings as Deepak Chahar bowled a wide delivery down the leg side. Thinking that he had gloved it, Kishan started to walk off and the umpire also raised his finger. Visiting captain Hardik Pandya also patted him on his helmet as he was walking off.

However, replays indicated that the left-hander did not glove the ball, leaving the commentators stunned and made only 2.
