Mumbai Indians batter Rohit Sharma signed a beautiful handmade painting of himself presented by a female fan ahead of the IPL 2025 clash on April 6, Tuesday at the Wankhede Stadium. In a video surfaced on social media, the right-handed batter also clicked a picture with the female fan before supposedly for a practice session.

Although the 38-year-old is no longer the captain of the Mumbai Indians, he is the joint-most title-winning skipper in IPL history, leading the franchise to glory on five occasions. The veteran batter also struggled in the first six games of IPL 2025 but has peeled off three half-centuries, putting the Mumbai Indians on a winning run recently.

Gujarat Titans had defeated Mumbai Indians earlier in the season

Meanwhile, the Titans had emerged victorious earlier in the season over the Mumbai Indians in the fixture hosted by Ahmedabad. Although Mumbai started their season with two consecutive defeats, they look like the team to beat as IPL 2025 reaches its business end. The likes of Suryakumar Yadav, Ryan Rickelton, Rohit Sharma and Jasprit Bumrah are finding form at the right time.

At the same time, the Titans are also carrying the momentum as they bounced back with a convincing victory over the SunRisers Hyderabad after a demoralizing defeat to the Rajasthan Royals. Either ways, both Mumbai Indians and Gujarat Titans look primed to qualify for the playoffs.

The winner of Tuesday's contest is highly likely to seal their spot in the playoffs.
