England opener Zak Crawley hilariously fell face first while trying to complete a second run on day one of the third Test against England at the Lord's Cricket Ground. A video of the same surfaced on social media as the right-handed batter found himself entirely stuck to the ground, forcing the English batters to settle for the single.

England opener Zak Crawley hilariously fell face first while trying to complete a second run on day one of the third Test against England at the Lord's Cricket Ground. A video of the same surfaced on social media as the right-handed batter found himself entirely stuck to the ground, forcing the English batters to settle for the single.

The incident occurred in the 13th over of the innings sent down by Mohammed Siraj as Ben Duckett caressed a full-pitched delivery down the ground and it looked like a certain brace. However, Crawley slipped experienced a face-plant after getting down to the striker's end, while coming back for the second.

Meanwhile, England captain Ben Stokes had won an important toss and elected to bat first at the iconic Lord's Cricket Ground. Both sides have made one change to their XI, with the hosts already announcing a day before about Jofra Archer replacing Josh Tongue. Meanwhile, Indian skipper Shubman Gill announced that Jasprit Bumrah has replaced Prasidh Krishna.
