WWE Superstar John Cena sent a powerful message to Brock Lesnar, who launched a surprise attack on him following WWE Summer Slam 2025. With the 47-year-old making an appearance in the latest episode of WWE Smack Down, he warned Lesnar and other superstars that he will go won all guns blazing.

Lesnar reignited his rivalry with Cena in the Summer Slam 2025 after the latter lost the Street Fight to Cody Rhodes in the pay-per-view, thereby relinquishing his Undisputed Championship. Lesnar planted the 17-time world champion with an earth-shattering F5 after a long-standing return to WWE.

Speaking on the latest episode of WWE Smack Down, Cena said:

"You know that I'm not going down without a fight. So Brock Lesnar, when you want some, come and get some. To anyone brave enough to walk the aile and stand on this canvas and face off with the last real champion, just know that I plan on going down guns blazing. The last time is now."

"Every single time time a day goes by, I get more and more afraid" - John Cena

The same episode of WWE Smack Down also saw Cena get emotional as his time in WWE nears its end and getting afraid about people forgetting him once he is gone.

"Every single time time a day goes by, I get more and more afraid and I thank you for that. I want to be in this for a second because it's important I get it off my chest. You guys have put up with me for a while, so I want to leave with honesty and vulnerability. I'm afraid no matter how much I can give to you in this limited time, it will never be enough and I'm going to let you all down. I also admit I'm very afraid after I'm gone and the WWE moves on, as it should, you guys are going to forget about me."

One of the most decorated WWE superstars of all time, Cena has won the World Championship a record 17 times and emerged victorious in the Royal Rumble on two occasions. He has also headlined Wrestlemania on multiple occasions and won the Money in the Bank in 2012 but failed to cash in successfully.
