While the hospitals in Pune are already making headlines these days, government-run Sassoon Hospital is once again in the news after an amputee was seen dragging himself without a wheelchair post-operation.

The video, which has gone viral on the internet, shows the amputee dragging himself out of the door as there was no wheelchair.

This is a shocking incident in the renowned Sassoon Hospital in Pune. It has come to light that the hospital does not have a wheelchair to take a patient out of the ward.

As per the information, this patient had come for treatment after losing a leg in an accident. He was treated. However, there was no wheelchair available to drop the patient off on his arrival.

Speaking with Saam TV, the patient said, "My leg was injured, so I came to the hospital. They only bandaged my leg and sent me away. They did not even give me a wheelchair. I kept dragging myself out without assistance. I have come here from Nagpur, I have no one in Pune. But after I came here, they sent me away."
