In a shocking incident caught on camera, two individuals narrowly escaped a fatal accident near Pune's Uruli Kanchan.

The CCTV footage shows the duo standing on the road, asking for a lift. Meanwhile, a car stops to give them a lift. As they begin to enter the car, a speeding truck slams into the car from behind. The impact was so severe that the car was pushed ahead violently. Fortunately, the duo escaped injuries by mere inches.

As per the CCTV footage, the accident took place in the early hours of June 30. However, the video has gone viral recently.

Reportedly, the car driver sustained minor injuries.
