A man was chased by a dog, fell into a well, and remained in the well for two nights. The villagers then took him out on Thursday.
According to the details, Sandeep Onkar Zatkawade (30, Wadhona) had come to Pishor in Kannad taluka, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district. He worked as a JCB driver. On Tuesday (March 25), he was working on the JCB in a farm near the Anjan Palshi project. Suddenly, a dog attacked him.
He ran to save his life, and the dog started chasing him. He fell into a well, which is around 100 feet deep. He cried for help, but there was no one who would listen to his voice. He remained in the well for one day and two nights. On Thursday morning, some children from the village were passing by and they heard Sandeep’s voice in the well. They informed the owner of the farm, and the villagers gathered.
Grampanchayat member Ganesh Mokase, Beat Jamadar Vasant Patil, and others started the rescue operation and put a tire tied with a rope in the well. Sandeep sat on the tire, and he was pulled out of the well. He was immediately rushed to the rural hospital in Pishor.
