Thane: A 19-year-old man has been arrested by Manpada police for allegedly raping an eight-year-old girl in Dombivli.
The victim, who attended tuition at the accused’s home, reported the assault after returning home. The accused, the tuition teacher’s brother, reportedly lured her into his bedroom and sexually assaulted her.
