WR plans mega blocks on three lines this Sunday

Mumbai : You could face inconvenience commuting today, as railways have planned mega blocks on all three lines. On WR services between Santacruz and Goregaon services will be suspended from 10.15am to 3pm.

However, trains will ply on slow tracks. Some up and down local trains will remain cancelled.

Central Railway (main) will operate Mega Block on its suburban sections.

Up slow and semi-fast line services leaving Kalyan from 10.47 am to 3.04 pm will be diverted on Up fast line between Kalyan and Thane stations and further re-diverted on proper Up slow line from Mulund station. Harbour line will also operate mega block between 11 am to 3 pm between Kurla and Vashi.

Harbour line trains leaving from Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus for Panvel/Belapur/Vashi between 10.23 am to 3.01 pm and Up Harbour line services for Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus leaving from Panvel/Belapur between 10.20 am and 3.04 pm will remain suspended.

Up slow line services will not be available at Thakurli, Kopar, Diva, Mumbra and Kalva stations. Passengers of these stations are permitted to travel via Dombivali and Thane stations in down direction.
