Mumbai: Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah have extended their heartfelt birthday greetings to Maharashtra's Deputy Chief Minister and Nationalist Congress Party’s National President Ajit Pawar on his 66th birthday.

PM Modi Praises Ajit Pawar’s Role in NDA

Taking to the social media platform, Prime Minister Narendra Modi posted, "Heartfelt birthday wishes to Maharashtra’s Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar. He has made a valuable contribution in strengthening the ideology of the National Democratic Alliance in Maharashtra. I pray for his good health and long life."

Amit Shah Lauds Commitment to Mahayuti

Union Home Minister Amit Shah also conveyed his wishes on 'X', stating, "Warm birthday greetings to Maharashtra’s Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar. Your role in accelerating and strengthening the work of the Mahayuti government in Maharashtra is commendable. Praying for your good health and long life."

Ajit Pawar Expresses Gratitude

In response, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar thanked the Prime Minister and the Home Minister for their warm wishes, saying, "The affection shown by the respected Prime Minister and Home Minister is extremely valuable to me. Under their guidance, along with respected Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, I remain committed to the development of Maharashtra and the welfare of its people."
