Navi Mumbai: The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has declared 31st January 2025 as the final date for online registration and selection of tenements under the "My Preferred CIDCO Home" Mass Housing Scheme. CIDCO has urged citizens not to miss this golden opportunity to secure their dream homes at affordable rates.
The "My Preferred CIDCO Home" scheme offers 26,000 tenements across prime locations in Navi Mumbai, including Vashi, Bamandongri, Kharkopar, Kharghar, Taloja, Mansarovar, Khandeshwar, Panvel, and Kalamboli. These homes are specifically targeted at beneficiaries under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) for the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) and Low-Income Group (LIG) categories.
“A key highlight of the scheme is that applicants have the flexibility to choose their preferred tenements, ensuring a customized housing solution. Additionally, the homes are available at competitive prices, making them accessible to the common citizen,” a CIDCO officer said.
To give potential buyers a better understanding of their future homes, CIDCO has set up Experience Centres at Kharghar, Sector-14, Kharghar (East), Taloja, Sector-37, and Khandeshwar, Sector-28. These centres offer visitors a chance to visualize and experience the interiors and design of their prospective homes in person.
