Nashik MHADA Housing Lottery 2025: Online Application Deadline Extended To March 20 For 502 Flats

The Nashik Housing and Area Development Board (MHADA) has extended the deadline for online applications for the sale of 502 flats under the 20% inclusive housing scheme until March 20, 2025. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) payments will be accepted until March 21, 2025.

Mumbai: The Nashik Housing and Area Development Board (MHADA) has extended the deadline for online applications for the sale of 502 flats under the 20% inclusive housing scheme until March 20, 2025. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) payments will be accepted until March 21, 2025.

According to Nashik Board Chief Officer Shivakumar Awalkanthe, the housing lottery includes 300 flats under the inclusive housing scheme and 202 flats available on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants must register and submit applications online at housing.mhada.gov.in, while those applying for first-come, first-served flats should visit lottery.mhada.gov.in.

The final list of approved applications will be published on April 9, 2025, and the lottery draw date will be announced separately. Awalkanthe emphasized that MHADA has not appointed any agents or representatives and urged applicants to apply only through official channels to avoid fraud.
